:- 1.0 out of 5 stars from LaShay M. -- Complete Snore Fest! : If you’re looking for juicy conspiracies, l wouldn’t bother reading this book. 99% of this book is about ancient politics! It was a complete snore fest. The last four pages of the book is where it finally became worthwhile. So l’ll sum it up! The Scottish Rite Freemasons follow the Kabbalah. They believe the Bible is absolutely absurd. They intentionally mislead the masses including their very own lower degree Masons. They believe only some are worthy and intelligible enough to handle the truth. Satan’s real name is Yahweh! The End. ( Reviewed in the United States on September 13, 2018 )
- 4.0 out of 5 stars from Michael Warren -- Well written metaphysical philosophy : Well written metaphysical philosophy. Useful for those who want to discuss these elusive topics and need a series of increasingly complex philosophical metaphors to frame ideas which are beyond the comprehension of most people. While this work resorts to long prose almost pathologically, it reaches it's points all the better for it and can be enjoyable simply for it's literary qualities. That being said, I found no positive reference to Lucifer despite what most people say, it actually condemns his pride at one point. The book is heavy on symbolism, and if you understand numerology it should be easier to access the pages you seek. There's a lot going on here, probably more than I picked up. Scottish Rite Freemason's may follow Lucifer but they don't admit it in this book so far as I can tell, I'll read it a few more times and post updates on this review. Pretty much everything negative I've heard about it online has been misquoted or taken out of context, I'm not exonerating Freemasons just reporting facts. - 4.0 out of 5 stars from thatch4 -- Masonic doctrine in depth : Its a very large book. Its filled with information. at the beginning you'll find yourself nodding and agreeing with the author. at the end you'll wonder what the heck you're reading. - 1.0 out of 5 stars from Jon Wisecarver -- Physically Unreadable. : It’s literally photocopies of another version of the book, and a lot of pages are poorly scanned in making them completely unreadable. The entire text is public domain and can be found online. I hate that I have to sit at my computer to read a book I paid too much for. ( Reviewed in the United States on September 22, 2019 )
- 5.0 out of 5 stars from Michael J. Holden -- A good read, BUT... : Maybe I didn't read the description closely enough, but this version is ONLY THE FIRST THREE DEGREES. It is not the full original version of Pike's Morals and Dogma, which covers all 32 degrees. I don't know why this version is even being sold, as it is only a very small portion of the original work. I thought I was getting Pike's Morals and Dogma. This is disappointing, why is only part of a book being sold? ( Reviewed in the United States on December 27, 2013 )

- 5.0 out of 5 stars from Investor Mom -- in description of Free Masonry : A well written, dissertation regarding the philosophical justification and purpose of the 33 Degrees of Scottish Rite Order of Free Masonry. The book provides an in depth analysis of those qualities necessary in a person and the purpose of those qualities to achieve specific degrees. For example, what is necessary to achieve the degree "Of The Elect"? ( Reviewed in the United States on July 20, 2015 )
- 5.0 out of 5 stars from halh -- Freemasonry : Facts, Who does What, Why, Answers to Questions, The story behind the questions and the reasons for the answers. A very interestering read, deep history ties and so many branches to this tree. This will not only keep you going till the last page but you will be looking for some of the foot notes to read as well. It is like pulling on thread, but isn't that what education is all about? - 5.0 out of 5 stars from aindriu -- Great read Freemasonry and the Scottish Rite : really interesting if not mandatory read on Freemasonry and the Scottish rite. I head so much about Albert Pike I had to read this book. He spends each chapter going through a degree of the Scottish Rite and explains it, where it came from and relates it to all of the religious beliefs in the world. Well worth it since its free.
